wips

I'm having camera issues...
so I can't post what I REALLY want to post which is a review of artist Casanova... hopefully next week!

Instead I'm posting these from my journal...

In continuing my fire theme as of late is
another fire girl:

There's a fire starting in my heart,
Reaching a fever pitch and it's bringing me out the dark.
Finally I can see you crystal clear
Go ahead and sell me out and I'll lay your ship bare.

See how I'll leave, with every piece of you
Don't underestimate the things that I will do.

There's a fire starting in my heart,
Reaching a fever pitch and it's bringing me out the dark.

The scars of your love, remind me of us.
They keep me thinking that we almost had it all
The scars of your love, they leave me breathless
I can't help feeling
We could have had it all
Rolling in the deep
You had my heart inside your hand
And you played it
To the beat

Baby I have no story to be told
But I've heard one of you and I'm gonna make your head burn,
Think of me in the depths of your despair
Making a home down there as mine sure won't be shared

The scars of your love, remind you of us.
They keep me thinking that we almost had it all
The scars of your love, they leave me breathless
I can't help feeling
We could have had it all

  1. Love your poem btw - I have been there myself. On your drawings well #1 I like them both the first one is good the second one more mysterious. The next one - the first one better than the orange one. Even though the second one is orange the details stand out more in the first one. Love your last two sketches too!! Hope you get your camera fixed.....

The second one, I think the rustic one. And, I love both your sketches, but my favorite is the one that looks like a belly dancer!! Hugs, have a great day!

  8. So I'm thinking that the belly dancer should have its photographic friend next to it....hummm...creative ideas are starting to stir. I think a visit is what I needed to get the thoughts going - it's see what happens when pen meets paper (yes! I still actually WRITE! LITERALLY!)

    More smiles,
    Nadia
