August theme at Art Journal Journey is Count Your Blessings... I'm blessed to have a loving husband that has my back no matter what. I'm blessed to have caring, supportive friends that encourage me in everything I do. I'm blessed with sight, hearing, taste & smell as there is so much beauty in this world. I'm blessed to have a constant urge to create and access to the internet to share with others. I'm blessed to enjoy cooking and have fresh ingredients to cook with. I'm blessed to live in a city I love with so much to see and do and explore. What are you blessed with and thankful for? :) Join the Paint Party Friday here! DeleteFancy Nancy always catching me in the act! LOL! :D
Yes!!! I was combining the "aum" feel with a whimsical desire to reach for the stars. :)
ReplyDeleteGlad you like her!!
Gorgeous Misty! Sexy and curvy ;o) It looks like she is in a yoga pose ;o) Great to see you my friend ;o) Missed you!
ReplyDeleteHi Stacy!! :) Great to see you! :) Yes, I'm heavy into yoga :) so you'll see several drawings come of it. :)
DeleteI love how gently plucking at the stars as if she could hold this yoga pose so effortlessly as she contemplates her universe. Also like that there are five stars with five points and the focal point, the woman, while curvy, does have a few angles that echo the stars.
ReplyDeletewhat a beautiful comment! I love to see it through your eyes!! Thank you SO much!
